Problems usually occur within a week of receiving the goods, and the team is very large. The customer service, finance, after-sales, and other departments basically kept fooling around and delayed the process for half a month and a half. After-sales calls are made by the underworld specifically to intimidate customers. Very rogue. I hope the relevant departments will investigate this deception of consumers.
