1. In the process of borrowing, operating and repayment, as long as there is no serious deception, there is only civil liability;

2. The borrower and the guarantor (including the guarantor and the mortgagor) shall bear civil liabilities according to this contract. During the period of limitation of action and guarantee, if the credit cooperative fails to sue and urge, it will be relieved of its responsibility; If a lawsuit is filed, it shall be executed according to the judgment.
