Within three working days after the settlement of your foreign exchange loan, the credit business department will issue a self-operated foreign exchange loan approval form and submit it to the business department for account cancellation. This self-operated foreign exchange loan approval is made in triplicate, one of which is kept by the business department, and the other two are returned to the business department and corporate customers after confirmation by the business department. After the business department cancels the foreign exchange loan account, it will issue a confirmation letter to you.
Note: If the borrower opens an account with another bank in its registered place, the Credit Department of China Bank will issue the Approval Document for Self-operated Foreign Exchange Loan in triplicate, and notify the relevant bank to handle the account opening (account cancellation) procedures. One copy is kept by the bank, and the other two copies are returned to the credit business department of China Bank after confirmation by the bank, and kept by the customer.
