The second set of housing loan fees

2. Interest: The interest of the second mortgage is calculated according to the borrower's loan amount, loan term, loan interest rate and repayment method, in which the loan interest rate directly affects the amount of mortgage interest expenditure.
3. Mortgage registration fee: Customers who apply for a second home loan must agree to mortgage the houses purchased under their names. When going through the mortgage registration formalities, the borrower needs to pay a certain mortgage registration fee.
4. Notarization fee: When handling the second home loan, you need to pay notarization fee. When applying for a bank housing loan, the bank will entrust a notary department to certify the borrower's qualifications, and the borrower needs to pay a notary fee.

1. The borrower applies for a loan to purchase a house for the first time, and his family has registered one or more complete houses in the house registration information system (including the pre-sale contract registration and filing system, the same below) where the house is to be purchased;
2. The borrower has used the loan to purchase more than 1 house (inclusive) and applied for the loan to purchase the house;
3. The lender is convinced that the borrower's family already owns a house (or more) through due diligence in the form of credit record inquiry, face-to-face test and interview (home visit when necessary);
4. For non-local residents who can provide local tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate 1 year or more, the lender shall implement differentiated housing credit policy according to Article 3.
