During the epidemic period of ICBC, the loan repayment can be postponed, but the following conditions must be met:

1. The applicants are medical personnel and staff members who have participated in epidemic prevention and control.

2. The applicant is a confirmed patient or suspected patient and his spouse due to the epidemic.

During the epidemic period, the personal loans and credit card overdrafts of the above-mentioned personnel in ICBC are overdue due to inconvenient repayment, which is not considered as a breach of contract and does not become a default customer.
