(1) Give priority to paying off the debts due; (2) giving priority to the debts that the creditors lack guarantee or have the least amount of guarantee; (three) in the case of the same amount of guarantee, give priority to paying off the debts with heavy debt burden; (4) Giving priority to paying off debts due; (5) Give priority to paying off debts with the same maturity.
2. When the debtor has multiple creditors, priority shall be given to paying off the secured creditor's rights.
3. When all creditors have no guarantee, they shall pay off in the order of sealing up and distraining.
Legal basis: Article 433 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC), if the pledge may be damaged or its value is obviously reduced due to reasons not attributable to the pledgee, which is enough to endanger the rights of the pledgee, the pledgee has the right to request the pledger to provide corresponding guarantee; If the pledgor cannot provide it, the pledgee may auction or sell the pledged property, and make an agreement with the pledgor to pay off the debt in advance or deposit the proceeds from the auction or sale.
