1. If the company account is frozen, how to unfreeze it?

1 First, find out the reason why the company freezes the funds, so as not to make things worse;

Tell customers who will make money for the company, negotiate to collect cash, or call the cashier's personal account.

Determine the reason for the freeze. If there is an economic dispute, you can apply for an out-of-court settlement and then unfreeze the bank account.

The freezing of company accounts generally requires the preservation and extension of the court before the company accounts can be frozen.

After freezing, money can only go in and not out. Of course, we can certainly find a way to unfreeze it according to the reasons until the court unfreezes it.

5. The company's senior managers, financial personnel and main business managers need to know about this matter, so as not to make any more money enter the company account. The scope of the notice needs to be controlled so as not to cause people's hearts to float.

2. What causes the company account to freeze?

1. The company has a financial dispute with the bank;

2. The court procuratorate freezes;

3. The enterprise is suspected of committing crimes, such as money laundering;

4. Long-term non-receipt and payment transactions (no receipt and payment operation for more than six months);

5. If you don't reconcile with the bank for a long time, you should find the reason after freezing and solve it in time.

3. What is the purpose of the company's general account?

1. Need for classified management of internal funds of the company.

Slightly larger companies have more types and uses of funds. For example, projects, taxes, wages, investments, etc. Companies with standardized financial management will put different funds into special management to facilitate supervision and accounting.

2. It is applicable to the fund settlement of the company's branches.

Group companies and chain companies have scattered branches, but only one can be opened in basic account, and the daily income and expenditure of branches has become a problem. Therefore, due to the need of fund settlement and management, we can only choose to open a general account in the local bank of the branch.

3. There are no restrictions on general accounts.

According to the account management regulations of the People's Bank of China, a legal entity (including companies and enterprises) can only open one basic account, that is, basic account is unique, and there is no restriction on general accounts, which is convenient for the supervision and management of the central bank and tax authorities. Therefore, as long as you have a basic deposit account, you can't open it in any other bank, and the networking system will automatically detect the prompt.

4. It has a certain protective effect on account funds.

Since ordinary accounts can only save money but cannot withdraw money, they must be transferred to basic account first and then transferred from basic account, so the risk of illegal outflow of funds can be well avoided.
