Second, the scope and conditions of recruitment
(1) Having China nationality;

On-the-job candidates must be approved by their units. Candidates can't apply for positions where they should avoid kinship. Non-fresh graduates and active servicemen in full-time colleges and universities cannot apply for the exam; Persons who have been subjected to criminal punishment or dismissed from public office, those who have been employed in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions, or those who have been found by the recruitment agency to have serious violations of discipline and discipline and are not allowed to apply for the exam, and those who are not allowed to apply for the exam in other circumstances as stipulated by law, are not allowed to apply for the exam. Non-fresh graduates who are studying are also not allowed to apply for the exam on the condition that they have obtained academic qualifications.
Three. Registration and qualification examination
(1) Registration
Registration is conducted by unified time and on-site registration.
Applicants download the attachment "20 15 Application Form for Open Recruitment of High-level Talents in Liangshan County Institutions", "Commitment Letter for On-the-job Personnel" (used in the qualification examination of on-the-job personnel) and "Commitment Letter for High-level Talents in Institutions", fill in the form truthfully and insert electronic photos.
Applicants are required to submit the original and photocopy of their relevant certification materials (one copy), two registration forms, one letter of commitment to integrity 1 copy, and three recent photos of the same edition 1 inch. Relevant certification materials mainly include: academic degree certificate recognized by the state, registration certificate, ID card, household registration book or household registration transfer certificate and relevant materials required by post conditions; Relevant certification materials must be obtained before 20 15 1 1.23. Failure to submit all relevant certification materials within the specified time shall be deemed as abandonment. According to the registration and review, if the ratio of the number of job plans to the number of people entering the examination is less than 1:3, the proportion of opening the examination may be appropriately reduced after the research of the recruitment leading group.

Fourth, the contents and methods of the examination
The examination is conducted by interview.
Education adopts lecture mode. This paper mainly investigates the ability of comprehensively applying pedagogy, psychology knowledge and modern educational means to achieve teaching objectives, organize curriculum implementation, master curriculum content, and use teaching language and educational resources. The perfect score is 100.
The health class adopts structured interview. Mainly examine the actual working ability, professional skills, comprehensive quality, etc. The perfect score is 100.
The interview results are calculated to two decimal places. After the interview, according to the interview results, from high score to low score, the candidates for inspection and physical examination are determined in turn; If the results of the same recruitment position are tied, an additional test will be organized, and the candidates for inspection and physical examination will be determined according to the results of the additional test from high to low.

Verb (abbreviation for verb) check and physical examination
According to the recruitment plan, according to the total test scores of candidates, the candidates who enter the scope of inspection and physical examination are determined from high score to low score, and the inspection and physical examination are organized in equal numbers in turn.
The investigation was carried out in various ways, such as consulting files, checking documents, on-the-spot investigation and heart-to-heart conversation, focusing on ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. The investigation results are divided into two grades: qualified and unqualified. Investigate qualified personnel to participate in physical examination.
Physical examination shall be conducted in general hospitals at or above the county level, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants, unless otherwise stipulated by the state. The expenses shall be borne by the applicant. Vacancies caused by giving up physical examination and inspection qualifications or unqualified physical examination and inspection can be filled in equal amounts in turn from those who enter the scope of physical examination and inspection from the same position. Those who fail to meet the requirements after examination shall be disqualified.
Where the candidates automatically give up their employment qualifications after publicity, the county recruitment leading group will record them in the database of disciplinary integrity records of recruitment examinations of county institutions.
Intransitive verb employment
Candidates who have passed the examination, inspection and physical examination shall be uniformly publicized by the recruitment leading group of county institutions, and the list of candidates will not be replenished after publicity. If there is no objection to the publicity of the personnel to be hired, the County People's Social Security Bureau will issue the Notice of Recruitment and Employment of Public Institutions, and handle the relevant procedures with the Notice of Recruitment and Employment of Public Institutions. The employing unit and the employed personnel shall sign employment contracts in accordance with the regulations and establish personnel relations. Employed personnel shall implement the probation period system according to the regulations, and those who pass the expiration period shall be formally employed, and those who fail shall not be employed.
Once the candidate is hired, he/she must sign the employment contract of the institution that has served in our county for 5 years (including probation period); During the employment period, resignation (employment), secondment and transfer procedures will not be handled.

This examination does not specify the examination scope and counseling books, and does not hold or entrust any institution to hold examination counseling training courses.
