4. For enterprises with sales revenue of less than 100 million yuan in the Chengdu market during the project implementation period, subsidies will be provided based on 50% of the actual expenditures on logistics costs and employee protection costs. , the total subsidy amount shall not exceed 500,000 yuan (including 500,000 yuan);
