1. The loan amount of provident fund should be combined with: repayment ability, proportion to house price, balance of housing provident fund account and maximum loan amount. The minimum value calculated according to these four conditions is the maximum loanable amount of the borrower;

2. If Ping An Bank applies for provident fund loans in Shenzhen, the amount of a single housing provident fund loan:

① 12 times of the balance of the housing provident fund account of the loanable applicant and the co-applicant. 10% of the loanable amount if the provident fund has not been withdrawn for three consecutive years before the application;

For example, the balance of the housing provident fund account is 30000, and 12 times is 360000; If you have not withdrawn the provident fund for three consecutive years, you can borrow 360,000+360,000 *10% = 396,000;

Two individuals can borrow up to 500,000 yuan, and co-applicants can borrow up to 900,000 yuan;

③ Not higher than the difference between the total purchase price and the down payment;

④ The monthly repayment amount (calculated by equal principal and interest) shall not exceed 50% of the deposit base of the applicant and the co-applicant.
