After paying off the car loan, the bank will release the mortgage and give you a green paper. Just take the green paper to the vehicle management office to decompress.

Required information: (1) Original and photocopy of the identity certificate of the motor vehicle owner (original and photocopy of the organization code of the unit vehicle, original and photocopy of the valid residence permit of the temporary population);

② Mortgagor's identity certificate (official seal is required);

(3) Power of Attorney of the Mortgagor (with official seal and cheque stamp);

(4) If it is an agent, the original and photocopy of the agent's identity certificate and the power of attorney are also required;

⑤ Motor vehicle registration certificate;

⑥ Fill in the Application Form for Motor Vehicle Mortgage Registration and Pledge Filing.
