After completing the provident fund loan, you can apply for commercial loans, but you can't apply for housing provident fund loans.

According to the Notice of the People's Bank of China, the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the minimum down payment ratio is adjusted to not less than 40% for families who own/kloc-0 apartments and have not repaid the corresponding housing loans, and the specific down payment ratio and interest rate level are reasonably determined by banking financial institutions according to the borrower's credit status and repayment ability.

To apply for provident fund loans, the following basic conditions shall be met:

Having full capacity for civil conduct (at least eighteen years old);

If the unit has paid the housing provident fund normally for more than one year (inclusive), the employees must pay the housing provident fund normally for more than six months (inclusive), and the monthly payment of the housing provident fund has reached the minimum monthly payment announced by the CMC;

Workers can apply for housing loans within five years (inclusive) from the date of purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

When employees apply for loans for the first time and the second time, they need to pay a down payment of more than 20% (inclusive) of the purchase price;

Have a stable economic income, good personal credit and the ability to repay the principal and interest of loans;

Good health.
