Application conditions

1. Have a legal and valid identity;

2. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

3. Have a stable occupation and income, a good credit status and the ability to repay the principal and interest of the loan;

4. Purchase, build, renovate and overhaul owner-occupied housing;

5. Having a contract or relevant supporting documents for the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul of owner-occupied housing;

6. provide a guarantee approved by the client;

7. The borrower and his wife have no outstanding housing provident fund loans and housing provident fund policy discount loans;

Materials to be provided for housing provident fund loan

(1) The original and photocopy of the resident ID card and household registration book of the borrower and the borrower (* * * the same as the borrower and guarantor) and the repayment commitment letter of * * *;

(2) proof of marital status (if married, provide a copy of marriage certificate; otherwise, the unit or police station will issue a certificate);

(3) legal commercial housing purchase contract or agreement;

(4) personal credit certificate provided by the borrower and the borrower's unit;

(5) valid evidence that the borrower has paid not less than 3% of the house purchase price;

(6) valid guarantee certificate;

(7) The auction house property for housing provident fund loan must be the property with mortgage agreement signed by the developer and the entrusted bank, and the borrower can go through the loan formalities through the mortgage bank.

Process of applying for housing provident fund loans in different places:

1. Employees who deposit at their place of employment (deposit place) and buy self-occupied houses at their domicile (loan place) can apply for personal provident fund or rental loans from the provident fund management center at the loan place with the proof of deposit of the provident fund at the deposit place.

2. when the provident fund management center in the loan place accepts and approves the housing provident fund loan in different places, the provident fund management center in the deposit place shall issue the proof of the local housing provident fund deposit and loan of the employee and his spouse and other relevant information.
