At this stage, according to the "Notice of the People's Bank of China on the Protection of Personal Financial Information by Banking Financial Institutions" (Yinfa [2011] No. 17), the scope of the People's Bank of China's protection of personal financial information includes: personal identity information, personal property information , personal account information, personal credit information, personal financial transaction information, derivative information, and other personal information. 1. Personally identifiable information. Including personal name, gender, nationality, ethnicity, identity document type number and validity period, occupation, contact information, marital status, family status, residence or workplace address and photos, etc.; 2. Personal property information. Including income status, status of real estate owned, status of vehicles owned, tax amount, provident fund deposit amount, etc.; 3. Personal account information. Including account number, account opening time, account opening bank, account balance, account transactions, etc.; 4. Personal credit information. Including credit card repayment status, loan repayment status and other information formed by individuals in their economic activities that can reflect their credit status; 5. Personal financial transaction information. This includes the personal information obtained, saved and retained by banking financial institutions in the process of payment and settlement, wealth management, safe deposit boxes and other intermediary services, as well as the personal information that customers have with third-party institutions such as insurance companies, securities companies, fund companies and futures companies through banking financial institutions. Personal information generated during business relationships, etc.; 6. Derived information. Including personal consumption habits, investment intentions, etc., information formed by processing and analyzing original information that reflects certain situations of a specific individual; 7.
