What does the provident fund loan hedging contract mean?
Hedging signing of provident fund loans refers to the business that employees who have applied for housing provident fund loans use the housing provident fund deposited by borrowers and spouses to offset part or all of the monthly repayment amount during the repayment process. In other words, when handling the provident fund loan business, we signed a hedging repayment business with the provident fund lending institution.
It should be noted that the object of provident fund loan hedging can only be the borrower and the borrower's family (spouse, parents, children). In addition, when using provident fund loans to offset repayment, the balance of provident fund should offset the monthly repayment amount, and the offset amount should not be higher than the monthly repayment amount.
