In terms of meeting the demand of three-child families to buy houses, the Notice clarifies that, first, eligible three-child families will increase the number of housing units restricted in Hangzhou by one set; Second, eligible three-child families can refer to the "family without housing" to give priority to the lottery when signing up for the public lottery sales of new commercial housing.
Chen Wenjing, director of market research of Index Division of China Central Finger Research Institute, pointed out that since the beginning of this year, many cities have issued housing purchase policies for families with many children. Yangzhou is more direct. On May 9, Yangzhou Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau issued the Notice on Actively Supporting Talents in Yanglai and Families with Two or More Children to Improve Living Conditions, which mentioned that the current purchase restriction policy is not applicable to talents with junior college or above in Yanglai and families with two or more children to buy houses in urban areas.

Yangzhou has made it clear that the maximum loan amount can be increased by 1, yuan and 2, yuan respectively on the basis of Yangzhou's maximum loan limit if the paid workers' families who have given birth to two children or more (excluding two children) apply for housing provident fund loans and meet the application conditions.
In addition, many cities have introduced real money subsidies for buying houses. Take Jingdezhen as an example. Families with two children and three children who are permanent residents in Jingdezhen, and whose children are under 18 years old (as of April 3, 222), are given subsidies of 2 yuan/m2 and 3 yuan/m2 respectively on the basis of their household registration books or birth certificates.
