Applicants for the purchase of affordable housing (hereinafter referred to as applicants) are divided into family applicants and single applicants.
Family applicants refer to families composed of divorced or widowed couples and single-parent families with children; Single applicants refer to unmarried people who have reached the age of 35, and divorced or widowed people who have no children.
Twentieth applicants who meet the following conditions can apply for the purchase of affordable housing:
(1) Having permanent residence in four districts of this Municipality for more than 5 years;
(two) the per capita housing construction area is less than 20 square meters;
(three) the per capita annual income is lower than the per capita disposable income of urban residents in the previous year.
Affordable housing should give priority to the sale of non-householders, households in danger and those who have been taken in urban housing demolition.
