After opening the home page, select enterprise as the type and enter the organization code. Enterprise initial password 12345678 (if there is no such organization, you need to go to SAFE for information registration, and consult the local SAFE for specific materials. Generally, it may be an application, organization code certificate, business license, registration form for foreign trade operators, and approval certificate (copies are all stamped with official seals).
1. After signing the contract, register the contract. You can modify the contract registration. The foreign exchange collection plan refers to the expected time, currency and amount of advance payment for the corresponding contract.
2. After receiving the advance payment, register the withdrawal with the balance of payments declaration number (22 digits). The withdrawal registration can be modified on the same day, but not after the next day. If there is any mistake, a statement shall be submitted to SAFE for the record. So be sure to fill it out carefully.
3. Cancellation of registration within 15 days from the date of goods declaration or export tax refund. Long-term non-cancellation may be suspected by SAFE as disguised foreign debt, so it needs to be cancelled.
