1, Guangzhou household registration, age 18, in-service (or freelance).

2. Household registration in other provinces and cities, at least 18 years old, having a job (or freelancer), and having real estate in Guangzhou (or parents or spouses having real estate in Guangzhou). Both the above conditions are acceptable. Buy a used car by installment.
