If you have provident fund, you can apply for a housing provident fund loan. (On condition that you have paid for more than one year (including one year) before you can apply) Go to the Provident Fund Management Center to apply.

If you want a business loan from a bank, the bank’s condition is that the loan is at least 50,000. No more than 50% of the appraised value of the house.

To apply, just go directly. All you need is a marriage certificate (don’t use it if it’s not settled yet), ID card, household register, and income certificate.
