If you are a freshman or applying for a loan for the first time, you can log in to the student loan and student online service system of the Development Bank. This application form is an application form on the system. As long as your financial aid center (Education Bureau) does not approve it, you can modify it.

After logging into the system, click "Modify Personal Information" to modify personal information.

If you are not a freshman, or have applied for a student loan from CDB, you can't modify it yourself. You need to go to the financial aid center (Education Bureau) where you apply for a loan, that is, ask the teacher in the financial aid center to change your information about studying.
