All laid-off workers under 60 who are healthy, honest and trustworthy and have certain labor skills can apply for small secured loans from China Bank. On the original basis, the application targets of small-sum secured loans for laid-off workers in China Bank will be expanded to: registered unemployed people in cities and towns, people with employment difficulties (including disabled people), retired soldiers, released prisoners, employees and unemployed people in enterprises with excess capacity, migrant workers returning home to start businesses, online merchants, and poor people with files and cards.

1, a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct;

4. The loan guarantee institution promises to provide loan guarantee;
