1. Log on to ICBC official website homepage. Click the "ICBC e-payment" button in the navigation bar of "Express Service" on the page.

2. Enter the main page of ICBC's electronic payment function and click the "Register Now" button in the page.

3. Enter the "mobile phone number" and "card (account number)" according to the page prompts, select the selection box before "Read and accept" and click the "Next" button.
