The latest adjustment of housing provident fund loans

First, the policy implementation time.

It will come into force on June 28, 2022. If the online signing date of the contract is on or after June, 2022165438+1October1day, it shall be implemented according to the provisions of this notice. The online signing date of the commercial housing sales contract shall prevail for new commercial housing, and the online signing date of the housing transfer contract shall prevail for second-hand housing. If the contract was signed before June165438+1October 1 1 in 2022, the original policy shall prevail.

Second, the scope of policy application.

Purchase ordinary self-occupied houses in Shangcheng District, Gongshu District, Xihu District, Binjiang District, Xiaoshan District, Yuhang District, Linping District, Qiantang District, Fuyang District and Lin 'an District.

Third, adjust the content.

1. If the employee's family has no housing, housing loan record or commercial housing loan record, and the corresponding loan has been settled, the first home policy will be implemented to improve the living conditions, and the down payment ratio of the loan will not be less than 30%.

2. If an employee owns 1 house under his family name, or has no house but has a housing provident fund loan record and the corresponding loan has been settled, and applies for a housing provident fund loan to purchase ordinary self-occupied housing again, the second suite policy shall be implemented, and the down payment ratio of the loan shall not be less than 40%.

3. Employees who have two or more houses or outstanding housing provident fund loans under their family names may not apply for housing provident fund loans.
