There are four kinds of bus free cards. They are: free card for the elderly (people over 60 can apply for it), love card (anyone who holds the disability certificate issued by the Disabled Persons' Federation can apply for it), military support card (veterans can apply for the relevant documents of serving as soldiers) and Quancheng talent card (people from other places who come to Jinan for employment and have graduate education or above can apply for it).
