Legal basis: Article 6 (Borrower's conditions) of the Measures for the Administration of Individual Housing Loans of Shanghai Housing Provident Fund. At the same time, employees who meet the following conditions can apply to become borrowers of provident fund loans:

The architectural design standards in Item (3) and the proportion in Item (4) of the preceding paragraph shall be drawn up by the Municipal Provident Fund Center, implemented after being approved by the Shanghai Housing Commission, and announced to the public.
