According to the Judicial Interpretation of the Civil Procedure Law and Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court Municipality on Publishing the List Information of the Executed Persons with Bad Faith, the system of publishing the list of the executed persons with bad faith includes the following contents:

First, if the person subjected to execution fails to perform the obligations specified in the legal documents, the people's court may, in addition to punishing the person subjected to execution, include him in the list of the person subjected to execution for breach of trust according to the situation, and inform his unit, credit reporting agency and other relevant institutions of the information that the person subjected to execution fails to perform or does not fully perform his obligations.

Second, the cases that should be included in the list of people who have lost their trust include: (1) those who have the ability to perform and refuse to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal documents; (2) Obstructing or resisting execution by forging evidence, violence or threats; (3) evading execution by means of false litigation, false arbitration or concealing or transferring property; (4) Violating the property reporting system; (5) Violating the consumption restriction order; (6) refusing to perform the settlement agreement without justifiable reasons.

Third, the circumstances that cannot be included in the list of people who have lost their trust include: (1) providing sufficient and effective guarantees; (two) the property that has been sealed up, detained or frozen is sufficient to pay off the debts determined by the effective legal documents; (3) The order of performance of the person subjected to execution is the last, and it should not be enforced according to law; (4) other circumstances that do not belong to the ability to perform and refuse to perform the obligations specified in the effective legal documents; (5) The person subjected to execution is underage.

The time limit for inclusion in the list of untrustworthy persons is 2 years. If the person subjected to execution obstructs or resists execution by violence or threat, or has repeatedly broken his promise, it may be extended for 0 to 3 years. If the person subjected to execution voluntarily performs the obligations specified in the effective legal documents or actively corrects the dishonesty, the people's court may rule to delete the dishonesty information in advance.

Citizens, legal persons or other organizations listed in the list of people who have been executed for dishonesty may apply to the enforcement court for correction. The enforcement court shall review it within 15 days from the date of receiving the written application for correction, and make corrections within 3 working days if the reasons are established; If the reason is untenable, it is decided to reject it. If a citizen, legal person or other organization refuses to accept the rejection decision, it may apply to the people's court at the next higher level for reconsideration within 10 days from the date when the decision is served. The people's court at the next higher level shall make a decision within 05 days from the date of receiving the application for reconsideration. During the period of reconsideration, the execution of the original decision shall not be stopped.
