1. Frequency of signing loan contracts: In order to standardize loan management and avoid unnecessary legal disputes , the Development Bank stipulates that the student loan contract for the student’s place of origin is signed once a year. 2. When signing a contract for renewal of a loan, either the student or the borrower can apply with the "Letter of Authorization".
