1. When applying for mortgage repayment, the applicant shall provide his or her spouse's ID card, household registration book or valid marriage certificate issued by the civil affairs department;
2. Applicants who have issued loans apply to the Center with the above materials, and fill in the Agreement on Annual Loan Repayment Entrusted by Housing Provident Fund;
3. The applicant applying for a new loan applies to the loan bank with the above materials and fills in the entrustment agreement;
4. The entrusted loan repayment relationship shall take effect from the month following the signing of the entrusted loan repayment agreement.
Monthly repayment process of provident fund:
1. The user carries valid certification materials, fills in the Agreement on Annual Loan Repayment Entrusted by Housing Provident Fund, and submits application materials to the entrusting bank;
2. After receiving the national key materials, the bank will conduct an audit. After the approval, an agreement will be signed with the user and submitted to the housing provident fund center;
3. The bank will deduct the balance from the spring account of the provident fund account book for repayment from the next month.
Most cities have opened the business of monthly repayment of provident fund for the convenience of users.
To sum up, during the monthly hedging repayment period, the loans overdue Housing Provident Fund Management Center in the second phase will automatically terminate the monthly hedging repayment agreement, and the borrower shall continue to repay the loan according to the loan contract, and the borrower shall be responsible for the overdue problems arising therefrom.

Workers who pay housing provident fund may apply for housing provident fund loans to the housing provident fund management center when purchasing, constructing, renovating or overhauling their own houses.
The housing provident fund management center shall, within 05 days from the date of accepting the application, make a decision on whether to grant the loan or not, and notify the applicant; If the loan is granted, the entrusted bank shall handle the loan formalities.
The risk of housing provident fund loans shall be borne by the housing provident fund management center.
