The electronic settlement certificate will be issued within 3 working days. If the user has not received the settlement voucher for more than 3 working days, please contact online customer service actively.

Because some bank loans will require users to show the settlement certificate of previous loans, it is relatively safe for users to apply for the settlement certificate on their own initiative after Haier's consumer finance loans are settled.
