Basic rules:
1. Loan object: a natural person with full capacity for civil conduct and over 18 years old.
2. Use of the loan: it is used to support individuals to buy cars, decorate houses, buy household consumer goods, travel, education and other clear purposes.
3. Loan amount: up to 70% of the value of the mortgaged house.
4. Loan term: determined according to the purpose of the loan.
5. Loan interest rate: It shall be implemented according to the purpose of the loan and the relevant regulations of the People's Bank of China.
6. Repayment method: entrusted deduction and counter repayment.
7. Repayment method: average capital, repayment method of matching principal and interest, and monthly repayment of principal and interest.
8. Loan guarantee: The borrower takes his own house as the maximum mortgage.
9. Materials to be submitted when applying for a loan:
