One of my feelings: I realized the hardship of audit work for the first time.
Compared with other audit projects, poverty alleviation loans have their own particularity, such as a large number of loans, a small amount of each loan, scattered loan households, etc., and audit investigation and evidence collection are difficult.
Because most of the lenders are ordinary farmers, audit investigation and evidence collection need to go deep into the homes of farmers in each village, and inconvenient transportation and long distance have become obstacles to audit work. From the county-level branch to the village where the surveyed farmers are located, the round-trip time we spend on the road is about three hours, and most of them are mountain roads. The road is bumpy, and the long bumps are very tiring. Director Liu Yunhui, the leader of the audit team, went deep into the front line to guide the audit work many times to ensure the effectiveness of the audit work.
Audit work sometimes encounters some unpredictable difficulties caused by road closure or weather changes. During the investigation and evidence collection of a poverty alleviation loan in a village in Benxi County, it happened that it rained for a few days, and the river rose, and the bridge leading to the village was flooded by the river, making it impossible for cars to pass. Shen and Zhang Pu, deputy directors of our group, sat on rented motorcycles, bypassed the dam and came to the river. The motorcycle bumps up and down, and if it accidentally falls into the river, it is likely to be life-threatening. Although they have reason to give up the investigation and collect evidence, or wait until the road is clear, considering the wide scope of the investigation and the tight time, they did not wait, but tried to overcome difficulties and continue the investigation and collect evidence. In my opinion, in the face of difficulties, they think more about work and responsibility than personal interests and safety.
The second feeling: I feel the love and dedication of my colleagues around me.
During the audit of Benxi Agricultural Bank, Comrade Liu Yongquan, as the backbone of the audit team, accidentally injured his calf and sewed more than a dozen stitches, making it inconvenient to move. At that time, it was midsummer, and the director was afraid that frequent activities would aggravate the wound infection and arranged for him to rest at home in Shenyang. But what I didn't expect was that he refused the arrangement of the director and insisted that he had participated in the audit of Benxi from the beginning. Comparatively speaking, only he knows more about the relevant situation, and has entered a critical period of obtaining evidence at that time. At this time, if other colleagues went to Benxi, not only did they waste a lot of time to get familiar with the situation, but their efforts were also difficult to achieve expectations. What he is worried about is not his leg injury, but whether the audit work can be successfully completed. He insisted that the director go to Benxi to finish the rest of the work. Because of the inconvenience, he moved his office to a hotel in Benxi and stayed indoors for a few days, burying his head in sorting out evidence collection materials and writing reports, and worked diligently until the end of the audit work. Facts have proved that his efforts and efforts have paid off, and the loan problem discovered by Benxi is serious in nature, which is finally reflected in the form of audit information.
I was also moved by Comrade Guo Zhaofeng, who has rich experience in auditing and found problems quickly and accurately. Even the audited units admire her professional quality. She is 55 years old and will retire at the end of October this year. However, she did not slack off in auditing, and her enthusiasm and investment in her work even surpassed those of us young people. During the audit of Xinchengzi, the office was stuffy and stuffy without ventilation and air conditioning, and she sweated with everyone in the office without complaint. During the audit of Xinmin, she often used the evening time to sort out information in the hotel, sum up one day's work or prepare for the next day's work. Working overtime after eight hours has become her habit for many years.
