You can open a second-class account online through the mobile banking of Bank of China: click the "My" menu at the bottom right of the mobile banking page of Bank of China and select the "Online Account Opening" option to open a second-class account. After opening an account, the opened second-class account can be self-associated with China Bank Mobile Banking and China Bank Personal Online Banking, and you don't need to go to the counter of China Bank to make the association.

2. Log on to WeChat, pay attention to the official account of "China Bank Weizhong Bank", click Microfinance-Function Hall-Loan-BOC E-Loan-BOC Mobile Banking User, click "You are not a BOC online banking or mobile banking user, please click to open an online account" below, and click "Open a Class II or III electronic account".

3. You can also open a Class II account at the counter or smart counter of China Bank.
