Legal analysis: it is impossible to get a loan only by marriage certificate, which is only used as the material needed for the loan. The materials to be prepared for applying for a loan include: husband and wife's ID card, household registration book, marriage certificate, income certificate issued by their respective work units, mortgage ownership certificate or house purchase contract, all of which are indispensable.
Legal basis: Article 67 1 of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). If the lender fails to provide the loan according to the agreed date and amount, thus causing losses to the borrower, it shall compensate for the losses. If the borrower fails to collect the loan according to the agreed date and amount, it shall pay interest according to the agreed date and amount.
