2. The maximum loan amount of commercial housing auction house shall not exceed 70% of the total house price;
3. The maximum loan amount for affordable housing and self-built houses shall not exceed 80% of the total house price;
4. The maximum loan amount for second-hand houses shall not exceed 70% of the appraised price;
5. The business-to-public loan shall not exceed 70% of the total purchase price (or assessed amount) of owner-occupied housing, and shall not exceed the bank loan balance when the applicant transfers the loan to public;
6. The maximum loan amount of other real estate mortgage loans shall not exceed 70% of the purchase price and 70% of the assessed price of collateral;
7. When calculating the maximum loanable amount, the total purchase amount shall be deducted from the compensation fee for demolition and resettlement;
8. Pledge qualified securities (certificate-type treasury bonds and personal time deposit certificates issued by the Ministry of Finance), and the maximum loan amount shall not exceed 90% of the face value of the pledged securities;
9. The loan amount shall not exceed the remaining house payment after the down payment;
10. The monthly repayment of principal and interest of the loan shall not exceed 50% of the income of the borrower (including the same borrower).
