2. Buying a house after marriage is funded by parents, and the couple have a real estate license. As long as you have the evidence that the down payment is funded by your parents, it belongs to the loan relationship and belongs to the debt of husband and wife. You share the debt equally. You share the real estate loan equally, and you share the appreciation of the property equally.
If you can't provide proof of down payment, all the properties are shared by husband and wife, so all the properties are divided equally.

Article 1046 Marriage shall be entirely voluntary by both men and women, and it is forbidden for either party to force the other, and no organization or individual may interfere.

Article 105 1 The marriage is invalid in any of the following circumstances:
(1) Bigamy;
(2) Having a family relationship that prohibits marriage;
