Can I borrow money to buy a house after divorce?
Legal analysis: the real estate management department has no special requirements for buying a house after divorce. It only needs to clearly divide the real estate after marriage and clarify the real estate situation under its name. If there is no real estate under the name after the divorce, buying a house should be considered as the first set and qualified to buy a house. But preparing to buy a house through a loan depends on the relevant policies of the bank. At present, many banks have issued the policy that divorcees apply for the first home loan, and they must be divorced for more than 65,438+0 years before they can get the loan, so as to plug the loophole of "suspected of buying a house through false divorce", that is, when banks examine and verify, borrowers who share property during their marriage relationship must be divorced for more than 65,438+0 years before they can meet the requirements of issuing loans according to the first home loan standard; Or ask for a divorce for more than 3 months before applying for a mortgage.
