If the father-in-law has an agreement on additional matters when repaying the loan for her husband, it shall be implemented as agreed.

If the father-in-law repays the loan for her husband, if there is no agreement, it is something other than dividing the property. If there is an agreement to form a creditor's right relationship, both husband and wife have the responsibility to repay their debts.

Article 17 The following property acquired by husband and wife during the marriage relationship shall be jointly owned by husband and wife:

Income from production and operation;

Intellectual property income;
