Entrusted by the selling unit, the bank provides long-term low-interest mortgage loans to the employees who buy houses. Personal loans for housing provident fund are entrusted loans issued by policy-based housing provident fund, and special housing consumption loans for purchasing, building, renovating and overhauling self-owned houses, which are distributed to employees who have paid housing provident fund as a source of funds. There are essential differences between entrusted housing loans and personal housing provident fund loans. The main purpose of housing provident fund personal loan is to solve the problem of paying employees' own housing.
