1. After receiving the loan application from the borrowing students, the school shall carefully examine the authenticity of the application content and the supporting materials provided in accordance with relevant regulations; Stamp the application form for student loan confirmed in the preliminary examination, and prepare the List of National Student Loan Applications (in duplicate, kept by the student's school and one by the handling bank).

2. After receiving the borrower's application materials submitted by the school, the handling bank shall submit the list of applications for national student loans that have been approved for loans to the borrower's school within 20 working days, and the school shall organize the lender to handle the relevant formalities. Minors must be signed and approved by their legal guardians in accordance with the regulations of the handling bank.

3. After receiving the national student loan contract applied by the borrower and other materials sent by the school, the handling bank shall notify the borrower's school after verification.
