First, repayment on the same day of the billing date is a taboo.
One-day repayment is taboo because it shortens the interest-free period of credit cards. For users, the interest-free period is shortened, which is equivalent to increasing the cost of using credit cards. Users can create more value with their own working capital, and if they repay in advance, this part of the capital will not generate more income. So generally speaking, it is enough for users to repay on the repayment date. If there is an additional plan, it is not too late to choose to repay in advance.
Second, the four taboos of credit card use
1, Taboo 1: Credit cards are often overdrawn. Excessive overdraft here refers to credit card consumption beyond the cardholder's repayment ability. Generally speaking, if there is no temporary large consumption expenditure, it is best to control the monthly credit card consumption amount below 1/2 of the monthly income. In this case, the cardholder's repayment pressure is relatively small. Some cardholders have poor self-control, love to spend money, often spend irrationally, credit overdraw, and it is difficult to repay. If you don't pay attention, it will easily lead to overdue repayment of credit cards.
2. Taboo 2: Crazy credit card cash withdrawal. For some cardholders, it is a pursuit to apply for credit card quota increase. High-value credit cards are not only convenient to use, but also make cardholders feel proud. However, crazy pursuit of credit card withdrawal is not a good thing. Excessive credit card limit is likely to prompt cardholders to spend too much. In addition, the high credit card limit affects the application for new cards and loans.
3. Taboo 3: Frequently handle credit card cash withdrawal, installment and other charging services. According to the minimum repayment amount, there are fees for installment repayment, credit card withdrawal and other businesses, and the fees and interest behind them are converted into the actual annual interest rate. It is not recommended to handle this kind of charging business frequently.
4. Taboo 4: Credit card overdue repayment. Late repayment of credit cards is a big taboo. Overdue will first generate high interest and late fees, and most importantly, it will affect personal credit records, lead to personal credit stains, and affect future mortgage applications.
