From August 15 to September 15, ordinary colleges and universities and secondary vocational schools in our city will begin to accept applications for job search and entrepreneurship subsidies for 2021 graduates.

Distribution objects and standards

The job search and entrepreneurship subsidy is disbursed to non-directional graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities and secondary vocational schools who meet one of the following conditions during the graduation year: 1. Come from families with minimum subsistence allowance for urban and rural residents; 2. Orphans; 3. Disabled persons with certificates; 4. Have obtained national student loans during their studies at the campus or place of origin; 5. Come from registered poor families; 6. Come from Poor disabled families. The standard for job search and entrepreneurship subsidies is 3,000 yuan per person.

Application Procedure

Graduates apply voluntarily. From August 15 to September 15 of the year before graduation, eligible graduates can apply through the "Job Job Entrepreneurship Subsidy Application" portal in the personal service of the "Zhejiang Government Service Network" and upload relevant certification materials. The applicant's information will be compared with the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs' social assistance information database, the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation Disabled Persons' Information Database, the National Student Loan List, and the registered poverty population identity verification system. If the applicant is registered in the above categories, it will be exempted from uploading. supporting materials. If the school uniformly provides a list of students who have obtained national student loans on campus, and stamps the official seal of the school and the official seal of the loan-issuing bank, the applicants on the list are exempt from uploading supporting materials.

Audit announcement. From September 1st to September 25th, each school will conduct a preliminary review through the "Zhejiang Government Service Network". For applicants who are exempted from uploading supporting documents, the school only needs to verify the graduates’ personal information and does not need to disclose it. For the remaining applicants, the school must strictly review the qualifications, submit the personnel information to the human resources and social security department for online review, and publish the list of candidates who have passed the review on the school for 3 working days, and upload the original announcement before October 1.

Fund disbursement. Before October 15th, the human resources and social security department will complete the summary and submit it to the financial department. Before October 31st, the subsidy funds will be allocated to the students' personal accounts in accordance with regulations.
