1, the pledge must be well kept and not easy to depreciate.

2. The correspondent bank of China Bank shall sign a written pledge contract with the pledgor, and the borrower and pledgor must be the same person. Pledge and pledge contract shall comply with the relevant provisions of the Guarantee Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

3. During the pledge period, the pledger shall not transfer, sell or give the pledged property without consent.

4. If the pledge is inherited or bequeathed, the successor and legatee shall provide relevant legal documents and sign relevant supplementary documents with the municipal branch, and bear full responsibility for the unfulfilled part of the original contract.

5. The handling bank of Bank of China may, at the request of customers, lend the pledge certificate for legal purposes during the visa process while obtaining the deposit certificate.
