Laiwu provident fund loan conditions:
(1) Having a permanent residence in Laiwu City;
(2) The housing provident fund has been paid in full for more than 6 months (inclusive), and the status is normal, and the loan applicant and spouse's provident fund account have not been frozen;
(3) The house is an ordinary self-occupied commercial house; And the down payment ratio is not less than 20% of the total house price.
(four) a stable occupation and income, good credit, and the ability to repay the principal and interest on schedule. If the credit record is due to the credit card or personal loans overdue for more than 3 consecutive periods or accumulated for more than 6 periods, the provident fund loan will not be handled;
(5) Agree to guarantee in accordance with the effective full guarantee approved by Laiwu Provident Fund Center.
The application for provident fund loans in different places was issued by the central bank and the China Banking Regulatory Commission in June, 20 14, after the central bank and the China Banking Regulatory Commission loosened the mortgage loan before October, 20 14, and in September, 20 15, the notice on the operation of housing provident fund loans for individuals in different places was issued. The off-site provident fund loans mainly include employees who have paid the housing provident fund in full for more than 6 months (inclusive), and can apply for individual housing loans for housing provident fund.
