Notice on Adjusting the Interest Rate of Personal Housing Provident Fund Loan

According to the decision of the People's Bank of China to lower the interest rate of the first set of individual housing provident fund loans, the relevant matters concerning the adjustment of the interest rate of individual housing provident fund loans are hereby notified as follows:
I. Adjustment of loan interest rate
Since June 65438+1 October1day, 2022, the interest rate of the first set of individual housing provident fund loans has been lowered by 0. 15 percentage point, that is, the interest rate of individual housing provident fund loans for less than five years has been adjusted from 2.75% to 2.6%, and that for individuals over five years has been adjusted from 3.25% to 3./kloc-.
The interest rate of the second set of personal housing provident fund loans remains unchanged, that is, the interest rate of personal housing provident fund loans for less than five years is 3.025%, and the interest rate of personal housing provident fund loans for more than five years is 3.575%.
Second, matters needing attention
According to the relevant provisions of Nanning Housing Provident Fund Personal Housing Loan Management Implementation Rules and Personal Housing Provident Fund Entrusted Loan Contract, the interest rate adjustment of this housing provident fund loan is implemented in the following ways:
For individual housing provident fund loans issued before June 65438+ 10/in 2022, the new interest rate for individual housing provident fund loans will be implemented from June 65438+1 0/in 2023.
Personal housing provident fund loans accepted but not issued before June 65438+1 October12022 shall be implemented according to the new interest rate of personal housing provident fund loans.
Personal housing provident fund loans accepted after June 65438+1 October1in 2022 shall be implemented according to the new interest rate of personal housing provident fund loans.
