New house purchase

First housing: housing must be obtained within one year.

Second house: you must continue to live in three years.

Number of people who can buy houses: you can buy up to 2 sets of commercial housing (including newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing) in the restricted area of this city (including spouses and minor children), and you can buy the second set of commercial housing in the restricted area after living in this city for more than 3 years. The above provisions do not apply to the purchase of commercial housing by households who have lived in Xi for more than three years.

Non-local family purchase

Purchase conditions:

1. Hold a residence permit in this city and pay social security or personal income tax continuously in this city within 2 years before buying a house;

2 social security and personal tax for more than five consecutive years. (There is only one requirement)

Quantity available for purchase

Foreigners can buy commercial houses or old houses.

In the restricted purchase area, local registered residents (including spouses and minor children) can only buy two sets at most (including new commercial houses and old houses).

Residual condition

(1) Residents who have lived in this city for more than 3 years can buy a second set of commercial housing in the restricted area.

(2) Class E talents who have continuously paid social insurance or personal income tax 12 months in this city can buy houses in this city.

(3) At the time of divorce, before the divorce, the family owned two or more sets of commercial housing in the restricted purchase area, and within one year after the divorce, neither party can buy commercial housing in the restricted purchase area.

The above provisions do not apply to the purchase of commercial housing by households who have lived in Xi for more than three years.
