If you finally lose the case and the other party applies for compulsory execution, you will still fail to fulfill your repayment obligations and face legal punishment. As long as it is returned after the verdict, nothing will happen. If you don't pay it back, your credit will be affected, and personal loans will also be recorded as overdue loans in the national personal credit information consultation system. If the loan bank doesn't erase your records, you may not be able to get loans from all banks in the future, your credit information will be blacklisted, your travel may be restricted, you may not be allowed to go abroad by plane, and you may not even be able to buy train tickets in the future.

Legal basis: Article 201 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), legally effective civil judgments and rulings, as well as the property part of criminal judgments and rulings, shall be executed by the people's court of first instance or the people's court of the place where the property is executed at the same level as the people's court of first instance.

Other legal documents stipulated by law to be executed by the people's court shall be executed by the people's court in the place where the person subjected to execution has his domicile or where the property subjected to execution is located.
