Ningbo Donghai Bank is a city commercial bank in China and Zhejiang Province, headquartered in Ningbo. Its predecessor was 1988, a green leaf city credit cooperative established in Xiangshan county. On March 29th, 20 12, Ningbo Banking Regulatory Bureau officially approved the restructuring of credit cooperatives into Ningbo Donghai Bank, which was formally established on April 6th, 2012, becoming the last urban credit cooperative in China.

201July 16 officially opened to the public. This is a state-controlled local corporate financial institution in Ningbo, in which state-owned shares account for 70.24%.
