According to the latest regulations, CCB only allows early repayment once a year. If the user wants to repay the loan early again, he needs to wait for the second year, otherwise the early repayment will fail.
3. Loan repayment sequence
If the user applies for a combination loan of provident fund and commercial loan, when repaying the loan in advance, the user cannot choose to only repay the commercial loan with a higher loan interest rate. . Instead, you need to repay provident fund loans and commercial loans at the same time according to a certain proportion. If the user only wants to repay the commercial loan, the bank's consent is required.
4. Loan repayment amount
If the user wants to repay part of the loan in advance, it must be repaid in units of 10,000 yuan as an integer. For the sake of convenience, many users want to repay some fraction of the mortgage loan first. This repayment method is not feasible in CCB.
