The purposes of the Assistance Fund are as follows:

3. Help provide financial support. Give loan interest subsidies and guarantee risk compensation, and give appropriate subsidies to the premiums borne by poor households participating in agricultural insurance;
4. Establish an asset income support mechanism. Including investing in facilities agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, photovoltaic, hydropower, rural tourism and other projects to form assets by bidding, and quantifying qualified shares to poor villages and poor households;
5, around improving the basic production and living conditions in rural poverty-stricken areas, support the construction of micro public welfare production facilities, micro rural drinking water safety facilities, poor village roads, etc.
