Support assistance refers to the government's policies of social assistance, enterprise assistance, civil mutual assistance and individual self-help. The government will introduce special policies in this regard every year.

The purposes of the Assistance Fund are as follows:

1, to help develop production. Including supporting the development of planting, aquaculture, agricultural products processing, handicrafts, rural tourism, e-commerce and logistics and distribution services;

2. Help improve skills and achieve employment. Including training farmers in applied technology and science and technology to help the poor, and promoting the employment of poor families;

3. Help provide financial support. Give loan interest subsidies and guarantee risk compensation, and give appropriate subsidies to the premiums borne by poor households participating in agricultural insurance;

4. Establish an asset income support mechanism. Including investing in facilities agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, photovoltaic, hydropower, rural tourism and other projects to form assets by bidding, and quantifying qualified shares to poor villages and poor households;

5, around improving the basic production and living conditions in rural poverty-stricken areas, support the construction of micro public welfare production facilities, micro rural drinking water safety facilities, poor village roads, etc.
